All coaches have their CrossFit Level One Trainer credential, are passionate and knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping our members achieve their goals. We offer personal training sessions, as well as group CrossFit classes led by our experienced coaches.
We offer a variety of CrossFit equipment, including cardio machines, weight training equipment, and 34Ft Wall mount Rig. Our facilities are clean and well-maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable workout experience. After your workout, clean off in our shower and/or relax in the lounge/kitchen and refuel.
Coach - led functional fitness adapted to you. We are here to meet you exactly where you are. Classes are a mix of strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity and certain mechanics to scale the experience and fitness level of any individual.
Cost varies based on your coach and number of sessions purchased. These are 60 minute one-on-one sessions tailored to your schedule, fitness goals and personal needs. Your coach will design a program just for you, and take your fitness journey to the next level.
We want you to truly love the journey when you join us here at 12 Mile. Incorporating consistent fitness into your life is a huge win - yet there are other pieces of the puzzle when it comes to elevating your personal wellness journey. Work with our certified mind body nutrition coach to develop a program relating to nutrition, mind/body connection and lifestyle choices. Grow into that mighty oak tree and become the best version of you.
Let's hit that on ramp! This is a three part program for anyone who is new to CrossFit. It is designed for you to smoothly and safely transition into our classes. Each session is one hour and you will work one-on-one with a coach to learn the fundamental CrossFit movements and set you up for success in your very first class.
Away on Vacation, need a place to sweat. Please come join us, we love drop ins! Tells us where you are from, what box do you go to, how much do you love burpees.
We are a smaller facility so please if you can, email us or message us on Instagram to give us a heads up. This way we can make sure we can accommodate you in class.
Going to be in the area for a bit, or already a member at another gym but want to supplement your training with some CrossFit classes. This is for you, 10 CrossFit classes, 90 day expiry, you and a friend can even use the same card.
